b'Christmas used to be something much more special but as society disintegrates it is simply another commercial vehicle to make money out of us. In many cases Christmas just reminds us how lonely we are while at the same time encouraging is to further dietary excess and social media use. Perhaps Christmas time is a wake up call to remind us of some of the values of this religious festival which are family and community. We conclude that developing closer family and social ties in reality rather than in line, cutting down sugar, reducing the amount of illusionary needs in our lives doing exercise and having effective leadership and structure are all positive factors for our health and functioning with the opposite leading to illness and dysfunction.
