Many people looking to buy, approach a FSBO with the attitude that the seller doesn\'t need to worry about paying a commission to a realtor, so the buyer could get the home for below market rates. This can prove very frustrating for the person trying to sell a home on their own. Lots of realtors call for sale by owner sellers, but many are overly pushy.
