I was in the apex of my life. I had a different career then, but I was on the verge of moving into the space I am now. At the time, Michelle and I connected and we’ve kept in touch ever since. I am so excited to share her with you!   In this episode, Michelle shares her story of finding peace in a stressful career, the struggle to be present, the power of what you think, and more.   Radically Strong Michelle   Being groomed as a producer on the Today Show before she graduated Ending up in the hospital from working herself too hard Falling in love with yoga as a means to recharge each day Going through a traumatic brain injury as a young girl   Radically Inspired Clarity   We’re constantly disengaged thinking about the past or the future.
