On this episode of The Quad, we invite 22yr retired Infantryman of the United States Army, Ronnie Russell. He is a man of service, and he’s putting all his energy and efforts into his Texas Black Pages business directory. Texas Black Pages aims to be a one stop shop for all businesses black. Sit with us as we discuss Black Ownership, Texas Black Business Week, and The Progression of Texas Black Owners and being “Business Woke”.

Our guest has a diverse publishing background and started Hawaii's first ever Tattoo Magazine called 808ink. Ronnie Russell also create the Army's first enterprise mobile app in South Korea called Penn Around and has a love for community service. Naturally, when he came to Texas, he started a platform that helped people, including himself, find his way around in a new state. He has grown Texas Black Pages from an 87-member Business Directory to over 5k businesses listed is less than 17 months.
