Regina worked for years as the director of Student Services at SMU, and now offers freelance resume services.
She is committed to connecting and empowering others to pursue purpose-driven work! She believes that everyone should strive to design a career that will inspire and challenge, understanding that the career journey is an ever-changing process.

She works collaboratively with clients to match values with career interests through self-awareness, all while exploring options to establish goals and overcome challenges. She has served on the National Association of Colleges and Employers Leadership Advisory Committee and has published in the Career Marketing Guide and Career Development Journal. As a Certified Professional Resume Writer, she’s critiqued and written thousands of resumes and provided individual and group coaching sessions in resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, and job search strategies.
