Just because conventional wisdom got animal flesh wrong doesn\u2019t mean there aren\u2019t better and worse ways to eat it.

Just as I\u2019d say with any otherwise healthy food\u2014cheese, almonds, broccoli, spinach, eggs, sweet potatoes\u2014there are limits to healthy consumption. You shouldn\u2019t eat unlimited amounts of anything. There are always downsides.
