Lanette Kovachi, the Global Dietician from Subway, joins the show to discuss making good food choices (something we all likely have top of mind after Thursday) with Randy and Jerry.  Finally Billy Brimblecom from Steps of Faith, a group that provides prosthetic limbs to those in need wraps up the show by talking about a recent benefit concert, Thundergong!, held in K.C. with the help of his friend, actor Jason Sudeikis and many others.  Happy Thanksgiving from The National Defense!
