Stay Healthy While Divorcing A Narcissist

Research and choose an excellent attorney who is your advocate and has a deep understanding of highly manipulative individuals.

Get the sleep and rest that you need. Eat balanced fresh foods.

Remember that the narcissist is psychologically regressed, in denial and uses projection. 

Plan for contingencies, write down your options and anticipate the narcissist's placing obstacles in front of you. Expect negative projections. Stay grounded.

Exercise your way, have experiences in Nature. Spend as much time in the parasympathetic body/mind systems. 

Trust your clear mind and your intuition.

Remember that you are authentic, of fine character and that you will be successful in this journey.
