Tom Foxley was diagnosed with a heart condition as a kid. Doctors said it could kill him. That turned Tom into a weak, timid 14 year old. That lasted until he was 17 when a college teacher read an extract from a book. It flipped how Tom viewed the world and himself. He learned to embrace intensity and discomfort and changed his life by mastering mindset. Tom joined an elite branch of the British Military, before setting up Mindset RX'd Seminars where he coaches and trains athletic performance.
