b'In this episode, I talk about feeling better about ourselves. Many times when we fail or have shortcomings, we tend to be hard on ourselves. Self criticism can take a toll on our minds and bodies. Assigning negative value to our experiences can trap us in a vicious cycle. It\'s a harmful and counterproductive side of self criticism. So, I wanted to share some things with you that may be helpful when you realize you are stuck in this trap.
