The company\'s shares dived to a new low of US-80 cents in post-market trading earlier this month, a long way from its $26.03 high after its debut two years ago.\\xa0

It also forecasts its Christmas revenue will be around 15 to 22% percent lower than the same time last year.\\xa0

But Brown told Mike Hosking that their idea has been resilient for so long, and it will soon pay dividends.\\xa0
