A 10-year action plan has been launched by NZ Rugby to transform women\'s rugby.
\\nThe plan is to improve access to participation while removing barriers for women, while also being able to capitalize on their success - especially following the craze from the Black Ferns at the World Cup.
\\nAlmost $22 million will be poured into the programme this year, with the promise to grow investment over the next decade.
\\nNZR General Manager of Community Rugby Steve Lancaster joined Mike Hosking.
