Job security ranks a low fifth for Kiwi workers as many of them feel upbeat about their roles.
Recruitment firm Robert Walters' salary survey shows employees value the culture of their organisation above anything else - despite the shadow of Covid 19 on their lives.
Country Manager Shay Peters told Mike Hosking they were surprised that employees aren't too concerned about job security.
"This shows the optimism coming through - and there's still a skill shortage of professionals."
Peters says the overall tone of workers about the job market is optimistic.
