Michelle Buckley: Tutoring centres experiencing strong demand

Tutoring centres are filling up fast.
NumberWorks'nWords centres across New Zealand are are noticing a 20 percent increase this year.
The surge comes after reports the Ministry of Education is calling in an expert panel to turn around record low maths scores.
NumberWorks'nWords owner Michelle Buckley told Mike Hosking tutoring centres teach kids the most efficient strategies, so as not  to overload them.
Buckley says tutoring is one piece of the puzzle, giving children the essential skills, for more difficult aspects of primary school.
