People want Christmas to come even earlier this year.
Christmas pines are flying out the door as people are determined to have a good festive season, in spite of the pandemic.
Owner of Misa Christmas Trees in Auckland, Michael Fuyala told Mike Hosking his tree farm is always busy - but online sales have exploded.
He's never seen anything like it.
"We have three trucks on the road pretty much around the clock at the moment just to keep up with demand."
He says when times are gloomy, certain things sell more quickly.
"I think people just want a bit of cheering up. It's been a bit of a grim year, and now people want to enjoy Christmas and get into celebration mode."
