Karin Kos: Millions of bees starve to death as beekeepers held up at Auckland border checkpoints

It's not just the workers whose jobs are being affected by the Auckland border checkpoints.
Waitakaruru Honey Limited say around two and a half million bees have starved to death because workers were unable to travel from Waikato to Auckland to feed them.
And a number of other beekeepers have applied for an exemption but have so far been turned down.
Chief executive of Apiculture New Zealand Karin Kos joined Mike Hosking to share her concerns.
