Community Finance is trying to raise millions of dollars to build new homes, and ANZ and Generate KiwiSaver Scheme are already on board.
Chief Executive, James Palmer, told Mike Hosking it's off to a good start.
"While we are seeking $100 million, we have officially launched to market today and have already pledges of $51 million from some quite well known companies.
