Petrol is a big factor in that increase, with a combined removal of the subsidy and international factors driving it up. \\xa0

ANZ Economist Henry Russell expects the annualised figure to September to be 6.1%. \\xa0

He told Mike Hosking that there other factors contributing to that. \\xa0

Russell says wages are an important factor in domestic inflation and contribute towards the Reserve Bank\'s decisions.\\xa0
