The weather danger certainly isn\'t over yet in Auckland.
\\nOur largest city remains in a state of emergency this morning after another night of heavy rain and more on the way.
\\nFour homes in the west Auckland suburb of Titirangi have been evacuated due to further slips, and fire crews have been been busy with about 30 rescues and call-outs overnight.
\\nAbout 45 arterial routes and local roads are closed, and at least 30 homes have been red-stickered.
\\nPrime Minister Chris Hipkins \\u2014who has been in Auckland surveying the damage\\u2014 says that the severe weather has created unexpected and unforeseen challenges, but people have come together to support one another.
\\nMuch of Northland, Auckland, Waikato, the Coromandel Peninsula, and Bay of Plenty are also affected by flooding and ongoing heavy rain.
\\nA state of emergency remains in place for the Waitomo District.
