Police Should Not Be America's Mental Health Treatment

The two discuss a recent Justice Department report regarding Police treatment of mentally ill Americans, as well as Hillary Clinton’s newly released plan to address mental health treatment. They also analyze why there is a stigma and a shame associated with mental illness in our country, and how we can begin to change that.
