I begin the hour by speaking with Ian Millhiser, a Senior Constitutional Policy Analyst at the Center for American Progress and the Editor of ThinkProgress Justice. We talk about a case before the Supreme Court titled United States v. Texas, a challenge to the Obama administrations programs that could enable over 4 million undocumented immigrants to temporarily remain in the country.

After Ian covers the basis of the case, I give my take, and take a couple callers. One gentlemen says that the veterans of this country should volunteer to bus millions of immigrants back to the countries where they came from. Crazy? Listen in and decide for yourself.
