Mark and Brad discuss how former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg running as an Independent would affect the 2016 presidential race. They also discuss GOP front-runner Donald Trump refusing to participate in the Republican debate on Fox News due to Megyn Kelly being on of the moderators.
