Foreign Policy Checklist for Presidential Candidates

I'm joined by U.S. Ambassador Gary A. Grappo as we discuss a piece he wrote going over a Foreign Policy checklist for U.S. Presidential Candidates.

Ambassador Grappo served numerous assignments at the State Department in Washington, D.C. as well as postings in Nicaragua, Portugal, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman (twice), Iraq and Jerusalem.

He held a number of senior positions in the State Department including U.S. Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman; Minister Counselor for Political Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, and Charge' d’Affaires and Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Currently, he is CEO of Equilibrium International Consulting, a firm providing advise, guidance and analysis of foreign and national security affairs for business, institutions and the media.
