Explaining the TPP, TAA, and TPA
I'm joined by Patricia Sabga, a correspondent covering Economics and Global Affairs with Al Jazeera America, the U.S. cable news channel that covers both domestic and international news.
Patricia does an excellent job of explaining the background on the TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership), TAA (Trade Adjustment Assistance), and TPA (Trade Promotional Authority).
