Mark Grimaldi, Executive Producer of The Leslie Marshall Show, guest hosts for Leslie this hour.

He's joined during the first portion of the hour by Jamie McDonald, the Founder of Generosity Inc. and the head of civic campaigns for 92Y, the Founders of #GivingTuesday.
Jamie helps to explain 'Giving Tuesday,' a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. She also gives some great examples of charity done during previous Giving Tuesdays. Finally, she provides some excellent ways that people can get involved in 'Giving Tuesday' this year.

Jamie's Twitter handle is @Genero_City and 92Y's website is www.GivingTuesday.org.

During the final portion of the hour, Mark is joined by Ellen Ratner, the White House Correspondent and Bureau Chief for The Talk Radio News Service. She is also the founder of a wonderful charity called "Goats For the Old Goat," which is what we discuss during the interview. The organization give goats to returning former slaves and people in South Sudan because of the ongoing civil conflict.
Goats can graze easily on the grasses of Southern Sudan. They provide milk (up to a liter a day) and cheese. She goats multiply. Goats are used for food and their dung is used as fertilizer. By pooling resources, neighbors can begin micro-businesses as small dairies.
