Leslie is joined by Nicholas Wapshott, the Opinion Editor of Newsweek and an author.

The two discuss a new report by the non partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) that shows disastrous consequences if Obamacare is repealed without adequate replacement.

Among the most troubling statistics of the report are:
1. 18 million lose insurance in first year
2. Premiums 20-25% higher one year after repeal
3. 32 million lose insurance by 2026
