R.C points out that the recent events of police brutality and the perception of black people being murdered by law enforcement has created a very dangerous and unprecedented dynamic. We have had a minority community which has felt vulnerable to unprovoked police abuse; but, now we have law enforcement who are being targeted by what may be disgruntled citizens.
