Even though the fall/winter American holidays don\\u2019t technically start until Halloween, it does my brain \\u2013 and likely yours \\u2013 a lot of good to start thinking about time now. I want to create routines and view my time through the lens of what matters so that I can keep spending my time, even the time at the end of a busy day, in such a way that makes me feel more like myself. Here\\u2019s how you can do the same.
