People aren't always aware that they are sabotaging themselves. Connecting the behavior to the common scenarios and influencers is a good way to shine a light on this limiting mindset. It is possible to overcome almost any form of self-sabotage.
There are three scenarios of self-sabotaging behavior and two directions which may influence our tendencies toward engaging in unhealthy and self-destructive actions."
