For five years Davia\\u2019s father, Lenny Nelson, asked her\\xa0to go to Rattlesden, England,\\xa0to visit\\xa0the\\xa0Air Force base where he was stationed during WWII and to find\\xa0an old\\xa0photograph hanging in the town\\xa0pub honoring his 8th Air Force squadron. It was still there, over 50 years later, he told her.\\xa0Finally, one fine Sunday, Davia\\xa0headed out\\xa0in search of the\\xa0pub and a piece of her\\xa0father\\u2019s past\\u2014the piece he was proudest of.

Lenny died on Christmas Eve 2015. In his honor, we share the journey with you.
