Agree or Disagree: Should this manager be fired for asking a person to remove a MAGA hat?

They say that 90 % of communication is non verbal. How we stand. Or sit. Or look. Or what we wear.

As an example, we are in World Cup Season, so many are wearing what team they are cheering for. Or who they support politically.

Like a Make America Great Again.

When you see it, what do you think? It would be presuming that the person wearing it is a Trump Supporter. It also may mean some other things to you. It may stand to you as s symbol of racism, bigotry, Islamophobia, misogyny, white supremacy, homophobia.

It did to Darin Hodge. Hodge is , or was I should say, the manager of the Teahouse in Stanley Park. That was until he asked a Patron to remove his Make America Great Again Hat. Because of that, he was fired.
