According to PadMapper, The average rent for a 1 bedroom is around $1,950.00. It is the priciest rental market in Canada.

According to an article from the Financial Post in 2016, a typical Vancouver millennial household of two is $72,291. The second lowest in Canada.


So it’s not easy to live here. Well, let’s face it. It’s not easy to live anywhere.
