b'Today we are talking about all things women\\u2019s fitness with special guest Uxue Gomez, who was Rosie\\u2019s physical therapist in Portugal. Women have to think about exercise differently than men because they\\u2019re built differently and experience varying degrees of energy depending on where they are at with their cycle and have to take into account this dynamic when getting into fitness. Uxue tells us one of the main things about exercising during pregnancy is whether you have experience exercising already or not. I you already do, you will adapt quickly, but if not, then it\\u2019ll be like you\\u2019re learning a new skill.

When you see that you don\\u2019t have more energy, or your body is very like, \\u201cOh my gosh, I can\\u2019t do it.\\u201d Because it\\u2019s the end, you stop\\u2026 if you work out, it will be very easy. If you didn\\u2019t work out, it\\u2019s going to be slowly, slowly, slowly, and then it\\u2019s very easy.\\u201d 15:41
