\\u201cI\\u2019ve actually seen the biggest results from my kids when I\\u2019ve ever done that where I\\u2019ve apologized and told them I\\u2019ve made a mistake. It\\u2019s so funny because they start to have empathy for you and they start to console you, \\u2018It\\u2019s OK, you\\u2019re a good person.\\u2019 And you feel like you\\u2019re the child and they\\u2019re the adult, but in that moment they realize that you\\u2019re equal. Just because they\\u2019re younger doesn\\u2019t mean they\\u2019re unequal to you.\\u201d 8:13
