Our First Halloween In America | Some Differences in Celebration

b'We have just had Halloween 3 days ago and our pantry is just chock-full of candy. Halloween here is different than other countries because on the first of October everyone puts up their Halloween decorations and it’s kind of just a month-long celebration of fall and spooky season, and then the day afterward people are already taking down the decorations and setting up for Christmas. It’s been fun experiencing the different things about America and how they celebrate here.

“ It was good because when I actually looked around and all the kids took just one, it meant that the parents didn’t need to bring huge amounts of candy to participate. We had way too much so we learned our lesson for next year, but that was a good idea was the trunk or treat because it’s save and it’s good for the really tiny kids.” 10:10
