b'We start off talking about when we are looking to get something or do something new in life, we first need the demand for it in order to feel the need, which will push us to do more. An example is if you have 4 children you may feel inclined to only be so organized with your schedule and around the house, whereas if you have 8 children there will be a much greater need to be organized in order to avoid chaos in the home. We talk about making sure when you’re trying to make a decision, don’t sit there and study it out unless it’s something that has demand in your life, or if you feel like your life actually requires that thing.

“I never go shopping unless I have a specific thing that I want. And if I’ve ever randomly--I suppose when you’re younger and you have more time you might just browse and go looking, but I’ve always been someone who would shop with purpose, and then if you do that you can never end up with too much stuff at your house. But if you go shopping in the sales just because there’s sales, you’ll always end up with stuff that’s a waste of money, or you never use it, or it’ll end up clutter.” 17:55
