b'When living in Portugal, things were simple because we had a gym membership, which is where we got our exercise. Since moving home, we have come up with ways to maintain our health. We have invested in some adjustable dumb bells and a treadmill to be able to work out at home, along with some other things like a sauna. We discuss how we have made our workout routine become simple to avoid problems later on, such as not wanting to work out due to the complexity of it. Then we talk about our diets and the kind of things we cook and eat to stay healthy at home, and how we deal with Rosie’s gluten intolerance. We talk about using supplements and the benefits those provide, and then how we maintain our emotional health.

“If you can do things as a busy person, as a busy parent, that can just make sure that you take that foundation whether it’s just like Rosie said, getting that 30 minute walk in. You don’t have to go do acrobatics and stuff. A walk is really solid. Just get the foundation and anything above that is gravy.” 17:40
