How to Deal with Tantrums and Fighting

b'Rosie has a super power for dealing with tantrums and fighting, but Adam compares himself to putting gasoline on the fire, or even the fire itself, or the fire that matches the wood, gasoline, and TNT when it comes to dealing with these outbursts. Different kids have different love languages and you therefore have to treat each kid accordingly in order to have the best outcome with their behavior.

\\u201cI always look as I\\u2019m consoling one and I\\u2019m saying \\u2018I\\u2019m sorry this happened to you\\u2019 because I am sorry, instead of just assuming that the other person was all to blame, I say to them \\u2018Can you explain to me what happened so I understand it from your point of view?\\u2019 and usually they\\u2019ll tell me something that the victim did and I\\u2019ll tell them \\u2018I\\u2019m sorry that happened to you.\\u2019 What I\\u2019m doing is I\\u2019m consoling both of them, and then I\\u2019m asking them how they can improve the next time.\\u201d 3:00
