Getting Back in Shape Post Pregnancy | The Effects of Goal Setting and Nutrition

b'Today is a sort of follow up to The Day of Disgust episode and we discuss health and exercise after pregnancy. There\\u2019s a 2 week period right after giving birth when you are trying to get your bearings and to understand again what life is like without being pregnant. After those 2 weeks of trying to just survive and adjusting to life with a newborn, then Rosie began her new routine. Rosie tells about the difficulty of getting back into shape, so she went to see a nutritionist who set goals with her and is following up. We discuss portion sizes and what type of nutrients Rosie has had to consume, and the positive ways that her energy and strength have been affected.
