b'This is a topic we feel is so important. Over the years Rosie has spent a lot of time with other mums and she was just thinking about the differences between them. When you improve the mental health of the mother, the quality of life for the children will automatically improve as well. The way we parent and approach parenting really comes from our deep held beliefs, which certainly end up translating into the way we raise our children.

• An unconscious belief that conflicts with your parenting 2:35
• Where resentment comes in 8:40
• Mums everywhere go through the same things 10:00
• Being occupied and feeling guilty 17:10

“When I got really into understanding that you can be mentored, what I thought about then as I started to have more children was ‘What if I could mentor my children earlier with the type of mentoring that I was seeking in my 20s?’ Tor me, my mental health is better as a mother when I feel like I get to spend enough quality and quantity time with my children, but not just that, that I’m able to invest in their mentoring.” 6:15
