People don't choose to be overweight. People don't choose to have to sit at their desks all day. The U.S. now lives with the highest cost of health coupled with some of the worst health outcomes for reasons that are broader than any one person's gym schedule. But it's worth taking a look at how we can move beyond counting calories and tracking gym visits to reach a more sustainable level of health.
