Reversing the U.S. Life Span Decline

Not that many people probably pay attention to the US lifespan average. It's a statistic, and most people are just busy with their lives. But over the last few years, our nation's average lifespan has declined slightly. And in some states, our average lifespan has dipped lower than 75. Yet, scientists believe that our human bodies could live closer to 90 years if taken care of. How do we close this gap? Coach Kim has some thoughts on this matter!
