This episode is all about how to overcome procrastination.

Plan A: How to get back into it without overwhelming yourself

  • Do what you dislike first
  • Less is more - small and actionable objectives instead of big lists
  • Make a list of the benefits of not taking action. And the cost of not taking action. The costs have to be higher for your mind to shift.
  • Realise that there is no failure, just trying things out and adjusting
  • Commit to 10 minutes and that’s it
  • Have an action pain that feels good to you

Plan B: Second layer if Plan A fails

  • Go back to episode 54 and see what resonates with you the most
  • Hypnosis
  • Don’t let anything mean something you don’t want it to mean
  • Getting back into it after a long period of absence - taking care of your inner Child’s need
