Have you ever told yourself a lie? Have you ever held onto beliefs that didn't serve you in a positive way? Sometimes we grasp onto beliefs or thought patterns that do not help us progress or improve. In fact, they provide the opposite. I have done this. Sometimes I still do this. Having a more positive mind set is something I am actively working on, however I do feel I have made many improvements. Today I share 3 specific lies I believed as a recovering addict.
