Ether is the medium of light transmission. The idea of space-time itself is incorrect. As Tesla stated when discussing special relativity: ’I hold that space cannot be curved, for the simple reason that it can have no properties.’ Space in Tesla’s conception is essentially a place for things to exist. Time dilation is not a result of spatial contortions as much as the fact that motion of matter (itself composed of etheric motion) has an effect on the surrounding ether. Hence the term ether drift.
