She is a happy, healthy 50-something year-old who is dedicated to helping other 50 plus women to get fitter, lose weight. LOOK GOOD AND FEEL GREAT about themselves.

After gaining a beauty therapy qualification Clair had a very enjoyable career being a beauty therapist and also had many successful sales jobs in various beauty, tech, and food roles. She now lives in central Portugal and makes videos about her lifestyle here including beauty, gardening, and cooking & baking.

Most of all Clair would like to say to every woman who has found her channel: “The most important thing in life is to love yourself, flaws included, as no one is perfect.”
