Bush gave another one of his chest-puffing, podium-pounding speeches this past week. He still resorts to the same old debunked lines about "September the 11th changed everything," and "Oceans no longer protect us." Oceans didn't protect the American Indians, now, did they? He also continues to excoriate Congress for their emergency appropriations bill that includes the one thing that Bush despises most - accountability in Iraq in the form of a timetable.
