I saw her walking down the street in central Paris and I stopped her to ask if she would like to be on my show. She said "Yes, let\'s do it right now".\\xa0

So we recorded the episode on my phone in a cafe in the ninth arrondissement. That will explain the background noise, the waiter interrupting, the coffee machine somewhere in the distance... in other words, the ambient sounds of Paris.\\xa0
