Sometimes it is easy for us to base happiness on the outcome of our own, or somebody else's life.

Additionally, it is easy for us to base happiness on things going on around us.

Being able to be happy in the face of anything that presents itself to us is true freedom and safety.

The challenge is to stay centered on the Truth within: we are powerful, creative, and capable of being more than our human mind allows us to think.

I know this challenge firsthand, as I have been dealing with some self doubt and self-destructive thoughts about my future.

I needed the lesson that I share with you in this episode.
