Zenty, III plans to retire from University Hospitals (UH) at the end of January 2021, after serving nearly two decades as the system\\\\'s Chief Executive Officer.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDuring Mr. Zenty's tenure, the health system has grown to become an integrated network of 18 hospitals, more than 50 health centers and outpatient facilities, and over 200 physician offices in 16 counties throughout northern Ohio that care for more than one million patients annually. Reporting annual revenue of more than $4 billion, UH is also one of the largest employers in Northeast Ohio with 28,000 caregivers.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSince Mr. Zenty took the UH helm in 2003, the healthcare industry has experienced dramatic change, including introduction of the Affordable Care Act, the shift from volume- to value-based care, an increased national focus on patient experience, innovations in diagnosis and treatment of diseases, utilization of telehealth and, most recently, quickly pivoting to respond to the coronavirus pandemic.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJoin us as Mr. Zenty shares his experiences leading through tremendous change and where he thinks the future of healthcare is headed."
